After receiving investment from the PE fund and getting through MBO, the company had its focus on laying the business and organizational foundation, until the newly invited CEO decided to bring the company to transition into ‘aggressive phase’.
We assisted in formulation of growth strategy and mid-term business plan based on deeper and evolved customer value preposition. We also provided hands-on support to implement the mid-term business plan by creating organization design, advancing/optimizing decision making and enabling BPR.
Case 2 Global automobile finance company
Theme: Operation reform
In order to increase investment in EVs, there was a need to globally promote operational efficiency and cost reductions.
Through providing support to organize issues, formulate improvement plans and execution plans, and pursuing the execution, we not only realized operational efficiency improvement but also strengthened the contract service system of external vendors.
Case 3 Major financial institution
Theme: Design and deployment of Gemba transformation program
In response to the intensifying competition in the retail financial market, the company was aiming to reinforce customer relationship to a level that could differentiate itself from the competitors.
In order to provide services tailored to customers instead of providing uniform manual based services, we developed a system to improve customer satisfaction from customer’s point of view and a system to manage proposal-based sales. The method was systematized as a program that tens of thousands of staffs (Gemba service providers) can practice in their daily work, and we assisted in implementing and expanding the program nation-wide.
