At the request of the Cabinet Office, we reported the investigative research on pros and cons of effectively applying a quality management system represented by the international standard ISO9000 as a means of fundamentally resolving repeated accidents and scandals in national nuclear safety management operations.

Theme: Understanding the actual state of sales and formulating measures
Having products, channels, customers and areas in variety, the company was having difficulty grasping the actual situation on the ground and therefore, not being able to revise the essential sales strategy.
We analyzed the key to competition for each business segment and the gap between on-site capabilities/system through a survey of internal stakeholders to formulate measures to break down the problem structure.
