Case 1 Technology consulting company

Theme: New business entry

Since the company has not been able to enter the Japanese market for its global services, new entry to the Japanese market needed to be considered in ordered to become a true global service provider.
We assisted the analysis of the Japanese market for the service, formulation of a business model for entry, and shaping of specific business planning.

Case 2 Major telecommunication company

Theme: Building a standard model for group-wide IT

Although a common IT system was implemented within the group, it was still in the introductory stage, and there was a need to refine the approach for further penetration.
Due to the large scale of the entire group, it was not realistic to make customization for individual requirements and therefore, building and deploying a "standard model” was necessary. We helped to clarify the value of introducing the “standard model” based on cases from overseas, created a draft “standard model” workflow for representative businesses, and assisted in deciding a method to implement the “standard model” for the entire group.

Case 3 Major telecommunications equipment manufacturer

Theme: Formulation of a plan to strengthen the HRBP (business partner) formation

Having expanded dozens of businesses, HRBP formation was introduced to support each business department to realize its strategy from an HR perspective. However, the HRBP formation was not fully handling the strategic operations and there was a need to strengthen the formation.
We helped to identify the cause for not being able to fully carry out strategic operations and direction of improvement to formulate a plan for reform by clarifying current operations, evaluating current formation, and extracting needs from each business department.

Case 4 SaaS start-up company

Theme: Reinforcement of business/organizational foundation and improvement of management quality

The company had grown rapidly as a SaaS business in the last few years but in order to grow as a listed company, it was necessary to reinforce business/organizational foundation and improve management quality.
We assisted in constructing foundation for growth during the phase, 2 terms before until right before going public, by providing hands-on support to improve productivity and efficiency through business reforms, promote PMI related to business acquisitions, and to create a management system to enable sophisticated and efficient decision-making.
